Chilli Potatoes Makes 1 medium bowl


3 small potatoes or 2 medium potatoes, chopped
into wedges
A pinch of red chilli powder
2 tbsp oil
½ tbsp ginger garlic paste
4 cup chopped onion
¼ cup chopped capsicum
¼ tsp soya sauce
1 tsp chilli sauce
¼ tsp vinegar
Salt to taste
Pinch of sugar.
Chopped spring onions for garnish


1. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 5-10 minutes

2. In a baking tray, add the potato wedges, sprinkle oil and salt on them

3. Bake these for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees till they turn golden brown

4. Meanwhile, in a pan or a wok, heat some oil

5. Add ginger-garlic paste, onions, and bell peppers

6. Mix this for 1-2 minutes on a medium flame

7. Add red chilli powder, soya sauce, chilli sauce, and vinegar

8. Mix it all up. Add a pinch of salt and sugar to balance out the flavours

9. Take out the potatoes from the oven and toss them in the pan

10. Mix it well and garnish with chopped spring onions



You can adjust the spice level as per your taste by adding or reducing the quantities of all the sauces.
