Butter Garlic Bechamel Sauce Pasta Makes 1 plate of pasta


1 cup pasta of your choice, 80% cooked
2 tbsp olive oil
2 clove of garlic, chopped
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
½ cup milk
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp crushed black pepper
2 tbsp grated cheese
¼ cup of water
Salt to taste
1 tbsp parmesan cheese for garnish


1. In a pan, heat olive oil on a low-medium flame

2. Add chopped garlic and saute this for 4-5 minutes on a medium-high flame till it turns light brown

3. Add all-purpose flour and butter. Mix this for 2 minutes

4. Add milk and cook this for the next 3-4 minutes on a low medium flame

5. Add the 80% cooked pasta now. Mix it well

6. Add water and cook the remaining 20% of the pasta in this mixture for 3-4 minutes on medium flame

7. Once all the water gets soaked in, add the grated cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix it well

8. Turn off the flame and transfer the pasta to a serving dish

9. Sprinkle some parmesan cheese and enjoy!


You can also drizzle some olive oil on top along with parmesan.
