No-bake Biscuit Cheesecake Makes 1 small cheesecake

6 + 1 + 1 Oreo or any cream-filled biscuits
2 tbsp + ½ tbsp butter
½ cup powdered sugar
½ tsp vanilla essence
½ cup cream cheese

1. In a mixer, add 6 biscuits cut into small pieces

2. Blitz them all to form a fine powder

3. Transfer these to a bowl and add 2 tbsp of melted butter to it and mix well

4. In a small tin, line butter paper or foil and add this biscuit crumb mixture as a base layer

5. Lightly dab it with a spoon or spatula so it gets well flattened. Refrigerate this for 15 minutes

6. Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk 1 tbsp of butter using a hand beater or an electrical beater

7. Add cream cheese, vanilla essence, and powdered sugar and whisk more till the cream turns sweet and smooth

8. Add 1 crushed biscuit. Use a spatula to mix it well

9. Take out the biscuit crumb layer from the fridge and add this cream cheese mixture on top

10. Flatten it out well and sprinkle 1 more crushed biscuit on top and refrigerate it for 5-6 hours or overnight

11. Take it out and cut into cubes and serve cold or at room temperature

Happy eating!

You can shape the cheesecake however you want. I didn't have a round mould but that would be ideal.
