Pasta in Butter Lime Sauce Makes 1 medium plate


1 cup pasta of your choice, cooked 80%
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp butter
1/4 cup white wine
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp garlic
½ cup of water
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp crushed black pepper
Salt to taste
1 tbsp parmesan


1. In a pan, heat olive oil on a low-medium flame

2. Once the oil is hot enough, add the chopped garlic

3. Saute for 1-2 minutes. Add the white wine and cook this for another two minutes

4. Add the lemon juice now. Let this cook for another minute

5. Add the butter and ½ cup water. Add pasta which is 80% cooked

6. Cook the remaining 20% of the pasta in this mixture

7. Once all the water is soaked in, add oregano, pepper, and salt to taste

8. Transfer this to a serving dish. Sprinkle some parmesan and you are good to go!


The more parmesan you add, the better it gets!
